Someone's PR rep is really working overtime on this one. Blake Lively claims in Cosmopolitan's September issue she has only kissed three people in her life? One of which is her current BF Penn Badgley. Those two are all over the place making out. I am going to have to call BS on this one but decide for yourself.

"I've kissed just three people in my life, other than stuff that I've done for TV or movies," she says. "I know – I'm weird!

She does a great job of playing bad girl Serena van der Woodsen on "Gossip Girl" guess it is really a stretch for her. "Gossip Girl" premiers in September.
