Lindsay's First Lesbian Lover Courtenay Semel Speaks Out

Courtenay Semel, who some of you may remember from E!'s reality show, "Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive" and is the daughter of Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel, is speaking out about her relationship with Lindsay Lohan. Semel claims she was Lindsay's first lesbian love interest but Lindsay grew fearful that she would be outed by Hollywood and ended the relationship. She says,

"Everyone thinks Samantha is Lindsay's first lesbian love, but we were very passionate until her fear of being found out drove us apart." “From the start Lindsay was very confused about her feelings for Courtenay so did more and more drugs to stifle the sexual attraction she was experiencing. “But eventually she just gave in and at every party they’d kiss and touch each other in the corner. It’s a miracle nobody found out. “Both of them would do lines of cocaine in the toilets then head home and fall into bed together."

Sounds like Courtenay is to blame for a lot of Lindsay's hard partying ways. Semel and Lindsay pretty much dated on and off until Lindsay came out of rehab. Shortly after Lindsay met Samantha and their relationship began. Lindsay said Sam was very paternal towards her and was kind of like the father she never had. Courtenay is confused as the why Lindsay is so open with her relationship with Samantha Ronson and is still very much in love with Lindsay. She says every time she sees a picture of them together it kills her.
