I was going to call Rhys Ifans a ladie's man, but he really looks more like a garbage man. Seriously, what is it with these homeless dudes? I should open up a "makeover" factory where it's like an assembly line that in goes a normal, clean-cut, relatively handsome guy, and out comes a disheveled, greasy-haired, slobby dude and (insert Hollywood starlet famous for nothing here) falls in the dudes arms. Rad! Anyhoo, Rhys Ifans was spotted with new squeeze, Kimberly Stewart, kickin it adult-style with a sharpie "I heart K" on his face. How sweet!

So I'm not really sure if Kimberly Stewart is an upgrade or downgrade from Sienna Miller.
