Unfortunately, Andy Dick will not be charged with sexual battery after prosecutors reviewed his case. Dick was arrested last month in Murrieta, 80 miles east of LA for allegedly pulling down the top of a teenage girl in a restaurant.
Dick will still face misdemeanor drug and battery charges later this week when he steps in front of a judge.
I would say that being Andy Dick for your life is punishment enough, but this dude sick bastard really needs to be locked up. Or shot. Or both. Either way, hope the judge lays down the law.
