Minnie Driver Gives Birth To A Son

Minnie Driver became a first-time mother with the birth of her son Henry Story Driver this past Friday in Los Angeles. Driver's rep, Jessica Kolstad, reported that the baby weighed in at a hefty 9 lbs., 12 oz!

Driver has yet to unveil the father of the baby, but says he will be involved in the child's life.

"He's going to be a dad so yeah he's going to be there for the kid," she said. "I'm not getting married to this person and I don't know what's going to happen but everyone is cool about the situation."

More power to her if she can handle that, but I'm not sure I buy it. It could be code for "crap, I don't know who the dad is," or "I am praying every night that he will marry me but pretending it doesn't matter to me." It's good to see that most Hollywood relationships move far beyond the 8th grade level of communication.
