Britney Spears Traffic Case Dismissed

Today was Brit's big day in court for her misdemeanor trial for allegedly driving without a California license. The judge declared a mistrial after the jury was deadlocked for three days 10-2 in favor of Brit's innocence.

"The jury is hopelessly deadlocked, and I declare this a mistrial," stated Judge James A. Steele, who later dismissed the case.

Brit's lawyer commented on the victory.

"Today's outcome shows my client did nothing wrong. I consider this a victory," said Britney's attorney, Michael Flanagan. "Britney was vindicated in that she took on a system that attempted to make an example of her celebrity."

Little did he know that the foreman of the jury was a sales rep for Cheetos...and Brit's got that ho in her back pocket! Snap!
