Britney Spears has announced that she plans to go on a concert tour beginning in March. The pop star performed this morning on Good Morning America to celebrate her 27th birthday and the release of her latest album ‘Circus.’
Spears revealed that she will kick off "The Circus" Starring Britney Spears 2009 tour along with "The Pussycat Dolls" in New Orleans on March 3. The North American leg of the tour will wrap up on April 28 and Spears will begin her European performances on June 3. It will be Spears’ first tour since 2003.
