Pregnant actress Kelly Rutherford has filed for divorce from her husband of 2 years, German entrepreneur Daniel Giersch. The ‘Gossip Girl’ star, who is three months pregnant with their second child, cited “irreconcilable differences” in court papers filed on December 30. Giersch filed for separation the same day. They have a 2-year-old son together, Hermes.
