Word on the street is that Sarah Jessica Parker is getting ready to leave the homestead that she and Matthew "Mr. Unfaithful" Broderick share.

"The time has come when she realizes it just isn't worth it," a friend of the couple tells Star. "Sarah Jessica is determined to get her own place and bring down the curtain on her marriage." Adds another insider: "Sarah's not stupid. She knows exactly what's going on. For a while it was easier for her to stay than go through a harsh divorce. They're essentially living separate lives."

Hmm. You know how when you watch Jerry Springer or Dr. Phil and some spouse is devastated by their significant other sleeping with someone of the same sex? I guess technically it's still cheating, because we all know Matthew is stepping out regularly with the man-folk and apparently SJP has had enough!
