So I'm not sure if this pic of Lily Allen eating ribs in bed is supposed to mean that she is totally down with eating Hungry-man style, or if it is some weird reflection of her guilt for having a eating disorder? Either way, Lily posted this pic from a hotel she stayed at on her Twitter page.
Ribs and bibs , in bed. Gross in retrospect but so good at the time. Mmmmm
Maybe she was just really stoned?
