Anne Heche has been in a two-year divorce battle with ex-hubub Coley Lafoon which ended up in Coley getting a $515,000 cash lump sum payment and half of their community property including more than $700,000 in stocks and other assets. They will share 50-50 physical and legal custody of their 7-year-old son Homer. Heche will keep her multimillion dollar home in Vancouver, B.C.
