Ashlee Simpson is reportedly set to star on the CW remake of Melrose Place. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Simpson will return to TV playing the role of a small town girl who moves to Los Angeles with a big secret.
Simpson’s first big TV role was on the WB’s 7th Heaven in 2002. She and her husband, Fall Out Boy Rocker Pete Wentz, will also guest star on the March 18 episode of CSI: NY as a couple who get caught in a bad drug deal.
