How Jenny McCarthy Lost her Baby Weight!

Jenny McCarthy's weighed more than 200 pounds after the birth of her son Evan, now 6. How did she loose all that weight. Jenny revealed to Shape Magazine that she got back in shape by eating smaller meals, a diet overhaul and a yoga regimen that left her boyfriend Jim Carrey feeling jealous.

"[Weight Watchers] taught me portion control and to be conscious of what I put into my mouth," the outspoken McCarthy, 36, tells Shape magazine for its May issue. Three years ago, McCarthy switched to a gluten- and dairy-free diet, and now a typical day's menu includes egg whites, fish, fresh fruit and veggies. Between meals, she noshes on "those little packets of nuts from Starbucks."


Whatever she did it worked. Jenny looks great!
