I'm not sure if Chris Brown is ballsy, or a complete idiot, or desperately trying to win Rihanna back, or his publicist has the best weed in the existence of mankind, but it's pretty retarded when you are all over the news for beating up a girl, then you hang out at a college during domestic violence week.

Chris Brown spent Tuesday hooping it up at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Va. And the school just happens to be in the middle of The White Ribbon Campaign ... a week devoted to raising awareness about violence towards women.

I wonder if all these smiling girls even know what he did!
