Patti’s first client of the week, Doctor Robert Nettles, is a handsome plastic surgeon who is unable to let go of women’s imperfections, claiming that he has never met a woman who “hasn’t needed some work done”. Also, due to his effeminate demeanor, Patti questions whether he's gay or straight...
Her other client, Michael, is a bachelor that needs a lot of work done and Patti wants to take him from Criss Angel to George Clooney -- complete with a chin implant.
When Patti and her staff prepare for the mixer, they are interrupted by Josie, a crazy, wannabe potential-match who starts verbally attacking Patti for not being married herself -- OUCH! Josie finally leaves but her words are palpable—does Patti not practice what she preaches?
