Heidi Klum is reportedly pregnant with her fourth child. The model sparked rumors that she and husband Seal are expecting another child when pictures of a couture gown redesigned to fit a baby bump were accidentally posted online.
“It looks like Heidi is four months pregnant. Sketches leaked online of her in redesigned couture gowns to make room for a bump, but were quickly taken down!” says a source.
An insider claims Klum plans to debut her baby bump when she wears the gown to an event. Klum is already mother to a 5-year-old daughter with ex-boyfriend Flavio Briatore. She and Seal have two sons together. The Project Runway host has not commented on the pregnancy reports.
