Kris Allen won American Idol last night after 100 million votes were cast for the finale. Adam Lambert is the stronger singer with the better vocals and proved it on Tuesday’s show and last night on the finale.
Adam took the stage and rocked with Kiss, giving a perfect performance. He was later joined by Kris to sing with Queen. Other performances included Allison Iraheta with Cindi Lauper, Lil Rounds with Queen Latifah and a duet with Megan Joy and Michael Sarver with Steve Martin playing the banjo. Rod Stewart took the stage and sang solo while all of the top season 13 contestants sang with Carlos Santana. Kris sang a duet with Keith Urban.
After a stunned Kris accepted a new American Idol trophy he sang his debut single ‘No Boundaries.’
