Chad Lowe and his girlfriend Kim Painter have welcomed their first child. Painter, a producer, gave birth to a baby girl Saturday in Los Angeles. The couple named their daughter Mabel Painter Lowe. “Everybody is healthy and happy,” a rep for Lowe tells People magazine. Lower and Painter began dating in 2007.
