Lucy Gordon, who played a reporter in Spider-Man 3, was found dead in her Paris apartment.
The actress named one of Britain's most promising young stars by the Times apparently committed suicide by hanging herself. One French newspaper reported her boyfriend was sleeping in the apartment at the time.
She would have turned 29 tomorrow.
