According to TMZ, Jon Gosselin was caught having a beer with two woman at a New York bar and grill on Memorial Day while Kate and the kids were in North Carolina.
In other "Jon and Kate" news TLC says it has no plans to end Jon & Kate Plus 8. Despite the current season's depressing undertone and concerns that the children are being exploited, TLC says the show must go on. Monday's fifth season premiere attracted 9.8 million viewers - more than double the audience for its fourth-season finale several weeks ago.
"The show's ratings have grown consistently, as there has been interest in these real-life issues of this real-life family," TLC said in a statement to E! News on Wednesday. "We will continue to air as the interest continues, and the family wants to do it."
The network also confirmed that there would be a whopping 40 episodes, double the previous season order.
