Jessica Simpson and beau Tony Romo were caught headed to Al Biernat's steakhouse to celebrate a friends birthday. Simpson and Romo, who were there with 10 people, "were very loving with each other – very affectionate," according to People Magazine. The two were also pictured out together yesterday afternoon.
