Chris Brown Cops A Plea, Gets Probation!

Chris Brown received 5 years of probation and 180 days of community labor as a part of a plea agreement in his assault case. In exchange for pleading guilty to felony assault by means like to cause great bodily injury. He managed to avoid jail time.

Beside probation and community labor, the 20-year-old is also required to complete a year of domestic violence classes and pay fines. Brown is also ordered to stay at least 50 yards away from ex-girlfriend Rihanna except when at industry events, in which case he will be required to stay 10 yards away. The rapper was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats in the February beating of Rihanna.
