Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have fought breakup rumors for quite some time - and now it's for real! The couple have officially called it quits after dating since 2006, after Lachey's divorce from Jessica Simpson.
A source close to the couple tells Us: "It was an amicable break-up. They walk away from it still friends." Adds another source, "They still care about each other very much. This is what's best for both of them."
Sorry to hear the news - but at least they lasted three years. Not too shabby!
