Michael Jackson’s last will and testament is being reviewed by his family. Jackson leaves all his assets to the Michael Jackson Family Trust and named his mother Katherine as guardian of his children – Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7.
Attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain are named as executors. No other details about the will, last updated in 2002, were revealed.
The will does not list any charities as beneficiaries, nor does it specifically exclude Joe Jackson, Michael's dad, as had been rumored. "There are no numbers in the will," says a source familiar with the document. "The assets are going into the family trust.”
