Harry Potter star Jamie Waylett has been charged with growing cannabis. Waylett, who played Vincent Crabbe in the Potter films, was arrested last April after police found 8 bags of the drugs in his car. He is accused of growing 10 marijuana plants in his mother’s North London house. Waylett, 19, is due to appear in court later this month.
“Jamie Waylett is due to appear at City of Westminister Magistrates Court later this month. He is charged with producing a Class B drug, namely 10 plants of cannabis,” a police spokesman says.
If convicted, Waylett faces up to 14 years in prison!
