Lindsay Lohan denies that she copied the formula for her line of tanning spray Sevin Nyne from a Florida-based chemist. In a lawsuit filed in Tampa , chemist Jennifer Sunday is suing Lohan and the actress’s business partner Lorit Simon for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade purposes. Sunday claims she showed Simon and Lohan samples of her tanning mist spray in January.
Lindsay said the reports that she stole the formula behind Sevin Nyne is total bs.
"We knew this was coming." Lindsay Tweeted, “No formula was stolen for Sevin Nyne! It’s a woman looking for a payday. That’s it!”
