Mischa Barton Removed from Home After NOT Calling 911?

Mischa Barton was removed from her West Hollywood home Wednesday by police.

"We responded to her home last night on a medical issue," Officer April Harding tells Us Magazine. "We assisted with it. She was removed from her home."

Harding says that no 911 call was received, and that she was not sure if Barton, 23, was in distress. When asked if the actress was cooperative, she said: "I guess."

Barton has has a history with the law, in February 2008 she had four criminal counts filed against her relating to a DUI arrest and she entered rehab after.

“I wanted to prove to the court that I would take it completely seriously, so I went to rehab to prove I was sober,” “It really helped in getting the more serious aspects of my case dropped because, you know, that’s what they want to hear; you’re not an alcoholic and you don’t have a problem. So I did it in the most low-key way possible – I didn’t make a fuss about it and I didn’t tell a lot of my friends. I just did the program and got through it.”

Mischa may be making her way back to rehab if drugs or alcohol was the cause of this latest run in with the law?
