Jamie-Lynn Sigler is joining the cast of "Ugly Betty" in the recurring role of Natalie, Daniel's sexy, spiritual, funny new assistant, sources confirm to EW.
Natalie replaces Betty, who was promoted to features editor in last May's season finale.
