Police have arrested one of the two burglars responsible for breaking in to the homes of actress Lindsay Lohan and The Hills star Audrina Patridge. Nicholas Prugo, 18, was arrested Thursday morning for the robberies and is charged with felony burglary.
Prugo and a female accomplice broke into Patridge’s Los Angeles home in February. They were caught on security cameras making off with several bags of Patridge’s possessions. Lohan’s Los Angeles home was burglarized by the same pair last month. Security tapes show them taking a safe, bags, shoes and jewelry from Lohan’s home.
“As of now we just have this one person in custody, and the investigation is ongoing,” LAPD spokeswoman Karen Rayner says of Prugo.
