Jessica Simpson’s friends fear the singer may head into a “tailspin” over losing her beloved Maltipoo Daisy. Insiders say Daisy wasn’t just a dog to Simpson, she was her “baby” and constant companion.

“Daisy was her baby. It’s going to put her into a tailspin. It will put her into the worst place ever,” a friend tells People magazine.

A coyote snatched Daisy last week in Los Angeles.

“Whenever things went wrong for Jessica, she reached for Daisy. Daisy was her security blanket. When people let her down, she always had Daisy,” adds an insider. “This is serious. Jessica’s heart is broken,” a friend says.
