More trouble for Jon Gosselin! It is being reported that over the weekend, Jon Gosselin withdrew $200,000 from their joint bank account, leaving only $1,000.
Marty Singer, a litigation attorney for Kate, tells People magazine that Jon could be found in contempt of court for the unauthorized withdrawal. According to Singer, Jon never told Kate he was going to take the large amount of money from the account. A judge had previously instructed them to seek the other’s approval if they were going to withdrawal significant amounts from their joint accounts. Kate learned about the withdrawal after receiving overdraft notices on the account.
