So it finally comes as a big surprise clusterf*ck of a divorce that Avril Lavigne filed for like we all knew she would.
Avril Lavigne filed for divorce and asked the court to deny spousal support to estranged husband Deryck Whibley, Los Angeles court documents show. Lavigne, 24, cited the standard reason of irreconcilable differences and said that their property rights are to be determined, according to the Superior Court papers filed Friday.
Damn - no loot for Deryck. Not sure who has more money, but she's hooked up with a billionaire now so, for her, it doesn't matter. Sum 41 had a few hits though, so Deryck can ride that train. Can someone explain to me why he can't spell his name with an "i" like normal? So confusing to type!
