Lindsay Lohan is due in court today. The actress has been ordered by a judge in Beverly Hills, California, to appear and it is rumored because she is not complying with a court ordered alcohol education course. Tisk tisk!
Lindsay, 23, was ordered to take the course as part of her three-year probation for a charge of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) in 2007.
TMZ claims sources running the education course contacted the court about Lindsay’s conduct and that she has been outright violating the terms of the program.
If the judge determines Lindsay has violated the terms of the program, her probation could be revoked and she could be jailed!
Lindsay famously served just 84 minutes behind bars in 2007 before being placed on probation after pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine, and no contest to two counts of drunken driving and one count of reckless driving.
