Ok it is a little early for a bump watch : ) Here is the first appearance of Bethenny Frankel since her pregnancy and engagement announcement!

Bethenny was at the Marriott in Times Square to teach a class for the Learning Annex where she gave helpful tips on eating right. She also publicly came out and confirmed that was both 'Preggers' as said by her at the podium, and engaged! She also sported a very small hint of a baby bump and her engagement right was visible as she signed books for her fans.
