Jon Gosselin’s girlfriend Hailey Glassman is one of several friends and business acquaintances that TLC plans to subpoena in a breach of contract lawsuit against Jon Gosselin. Court papers show Glassman, Michael Lohan, Gosselin’s lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt and talent rep Matthew Kirschner will all be deposed by TLC lawyers.
TLC is suing Gosselin, 32, for breach of contract. The lawsuit was filed after the dad of 8 issued a cease and desist order that banned TLC film crews from entering the Pennsylvania home he owns with estranged wife Kate Gosselin. The order prevented the network from filming the Gosselin’s reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8. TLC claims Gosselin breached his contract by making paid and unpaid TV appearances without their permission.
