Glamour Magazine confirmed that Katy Perry is enaged to "funny man" Russell Brand. Brand popped the question on New Year's eve in India. He asked in her in a tent at the foot of a mountain. How romantic?

Katy talkes about marriage in the February issue of Glamour:
