Sarah Michelle Gellar has stepped out for the first time with her 3-month-old daughter Charlotte. Gellar, carrying Charlotte in a sling, ran errands in Santa Monica on Thursday. Gellar gave birth to Charlotte, her first child with husband Freddie Prinze Jr, on September 19.
