Britney Spears looks to be doing great on January 15, 2010 as she quickly shops at Barnes and Noble before jaunting off for a nail appointment in Calabasas, CA during which the iconic pop star happily read up on the latest gossip in a new copy of US Weekly. Today Spears is to meet with court officials and her legal team to discuss her conservatorship, and no doubt the singer will be happy and ready for it!
