Jennifer Lopez to Guest Star on How I Met Your Mother

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly set to guest star on 'How I Met Your Mother.' Lopez will play an author of self-help books.

Lopez’s episode is set to air in March, the same month 'American Idol' star Carrie Underwood will appear as a pharmaceutical sales rep that falls in love with Ted, played by Josh Radnor.

Lopez is also rumored to have accepted a guest role on 'Glee.'
