Michael Lohan was arrested for calling his ex-gf Erin Muller, which violates his parole.
He allegedly phoned Muller at work on January 21 in breach of the restraining order she had filed against him over harassment claims, according to her attorney Bryan Konoski.
Police in Nassau County, New York, told TMZ Lohan was arrested and booked for criminal contempt.
It's actually kind of ironic that at this point Michael Lohan actually has been in jail more than Lindsay, but she's the one who's committing felonies every day carrying around a huge bag of blow. Michael still looks more white trash somehow though.
