The father of Padma Lakshmi’s nearly 1-month-old daughter has been identified as Adam Dell, a venture capitalist. The Top Chef host announced her pregnancy last October, but refused to reveal the identity of the baby’s father. Lakshmi, 39, gave birth to Krishna on February 20.
A source tells People magazine that Lakshmi and Dell, 40, are trying to peacefully work out visitation rights.
“It’s all in negotiations. They are trying to work it out,” adds the insider. “They are trying to avoid anything messy.”
