Britney Spears Trainwreck!

Britney Spears displayed some odd behavior as she went on a solo shopping trip at Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood, CA on March 18, 2010.

Spears arrived at the boutique in a tight fitting pink dress, but soon emerged from the shop wearing a very strange outfit that consisted of a tank top and what appeared to be bloomers. Not only was Ms. Spears outfit a mess, but her hair was a totally mess!
