The youngest Duggar family member, micropremie Josie Duggar, was has been released from the Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar took baby Josie to their rented Little Rock home Tuesday.
“We’re grateful for the prayers of thousands,” Jim Bob told People magazine.
“We are so happy,” Michelle added. “We are so excited, we are running on adrenaline.”
Josie was born on December 10 at 25 weeks. She weighed only 1 lb. 6 oz. Josie currently weighs 4 lbs. 9 oz. and is eating every three hours.
Josie is the Duggar’s 19th child. Her release from the hospital will be featured on the family’s TLC Show “19 Kids and Counting.” The special episode airs Sunday, May 9 at 8 p.m. on TLC.
