Yikes! Tara Reid Is Back In A Two-Piece!

Tara Reid stepped out in a green string bikini on Saturday in Las Vegas.

This marks the first time the 34-year-old has worn a bikini in public since two botched plastic surgery procedures have been corrected.

Since then, Reid has had corrective surgery to erase that surgeon's mistakes. She posed topless for Playboy earlier this year.

"I'm relaxed," she told Playboy at the time. "I'm a young woman with confidence ... At the end of the day, I go to sleep knowing who I am ... I'm happy with my life now, and I'd like to keep it this way."
