Mariah Carey Owes $30K In Vet Bills

I'm pretty sure that Mariah Carey takes better care of her dogs than Nick Cannon, but it looks like she just doesn't pay for that care!

Veterinarian Cindy Bressler said in a lawsuit filed Wednesday that Carey owes nearly $30,000 for care last year for three of the pooches, Cha-Cha, Dolomite and JJ.

I feel that this chick is pissed that she didn't get paid - but how the hell can you even accumulate $30K of vet bills in one year? I mean did all these dogs get 40 surgeries a year? Unless she's a sick b*tch and was getting like facelifts and paw injections for the dogs. That would actually be really sick.
