It's official Heidi Montag has filed for divorce from Spencer Pratt after 1 year of marriage. The reality star cites 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for divorce. The news breaks nearly two months after Monteg filed for legal separation.
“Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt. The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce,” Montag’s lawyer tells People magazine.
Montag has also just announced she has dropped out of an upcoming reality show. Montag was supposed to star opposite Jennifer Bunney in a series chronicling big changes in their lives. The show will continue without Montag.
