LeAnn Rimes celebrated her 28th birthday with live-in boyfriend Eddie Cibrian at Vegas’ hotspot, Tabú Ultra Lounge, Saturday, September 4. With an entourage of a dozen of their closest friends, Rimes and Cibrian hit the red carpet holding hands and with smiles on their faces, acting very much in love after slamming recent cheating allegations. Rimes, who turned 28 on August 28, is currently working on a new album.
