David Cassidy, best known for his role on The Partridge Family, was arrested in Florida Wednesday for DUI. The actor and singer was taken in to custody after being pulled over for failing to maintain his lane. Cassidy, 60, failed a sobriety test and admitted to drinking a full glass of wine and taking a painkiller earlier in the day. An open bottle of bourbon was also found in his vehicle. Cassidy was released from jail early Thursday morning.
