A 15-year-old boy who was seriously injured Monday in an accident involving a car carrying Lamar Odom has died. Odom was a passenger in the backseat of a car when the vehicle struck a motorcycle in Jamaica, Queens. The motorcycle then hit the unidentified teen as he was walking. The boy was rushed to a hospital for emergency surgery, but later died.
Odom, who was in New York City for a cousin’s funeral, Tweeted his condolences.
"Thank you for your support and prayers! My thoughts and prayers are with the young boys family,” he wrote.
The Los Angeles Lakers star’s wife, Khloe Kardashian, also offered her condolences on Twitter.
"My heart/soul goes out 2every1 in pain from any suffering. Pray 4 all of the angels surrounding us constantly. May our spirits stay strong,” she wrote.
