So Katie Holmes occasionally actually does some acting when she's not busy roboting for Tommy Girl, and she is slated to guest star on CBS' "How I Met Your Mother" as a character cleverly titled: "Slutty Pumpkin."
As previously announced, Katie Holmes is set to guest star on this year's Halloween episode of How I Met You Mother as "Slutty Pumpkin," an elusive object of affection for Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor).
In just-released new pics, Holmes, 32, is dressed (not so scandalously!) as a jack-o-lantern and grins as she holds hands with Radnor.
Holmes' character is an alluring woman who Ted lost touch with after a Halloween party (he was dressed as "hanging chad" in a reference to the contested 2000 Presidential election) years ago and now resurfaces as a potential love interest.
Is it just me or is this actually the least slutty Halloween costume ever invented? I mean, normally it's the one day a year where most girls actually look forward to the non-judged excuse of dressing slutty for Halloween, but here we have Katie actually covering up. Maybe Tommy got his panties in a wad when they did up the contract and made sure she shows no skin?
